Charles Barden, MA, EL, LCMHC
I enjoy working with a variety of clients. My passion is for working with people in addiction therapy and recovery processes for all types of addictions. However, I also treat major and minor depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, panic attacks, schizoaffective, personality disorders such as borderline and narcissism, as well as many others. Everyone deserves a chance and an opportunity to heal on the individual basis and within the family unit. I assist clients with healing, living, and loving life again.
Therapies can include: CBT, REBT, DBT, Choice Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Gestalt, and Biblical Therapies to assist with any number of personal and individual or family needs. Each individual client gets individualized care and therapy. No two clients are the same and should not be treated the same. I am SMART Recovery based.

I have treated more than 1500 clients since I began many with lasting success. It is up to you to start the change.

In my spare time I enjoy traveling, flying airplanes, raising chickens, and spending time with my family. Flying has always been a passion of mine, and there is nothing better than flying over our North Carolina beaches and ocean.
